Hi,
Earlier today, I contacted PC Specialist via phone and was able to establish a remote connection to correct the problem.
All that was needed for me to be able to establish a remote connection with PC Specialist Support was to go to www.pcs.co.uk/support and download the Remote_Support.exe app, run the program and enter my name and PC order number and then the remote connection was established with PCS.
All that was needed was for the Windows 10 Professional product key to be re-entered using the "Change product key" option under the Update product key section on the Windows Activation screen, after this was done the error message was gone.
