Building new PC, budget is about £2000, i play mostly PUBG, Valorant and Heroes of the Storm.
Want to play 1080p at 144hz

You’re overspending a wee bit in places here, the RTX 2060 would have you covered at 1080p (or you could wait for the release of the RTX 3050).

I’d suggest this as a more appropriate way of spreading your funds...

Intel 660p drives have a much lower write endurance (life) than most of the competition. You would be better off with a Samsung m.2 if budget allows, or a PCS version if it doesn’t. Ideally you would have a 512GB m.2 for OS and programmes plus a 1TB (PCS is fine) for your games. It is worth upgrading to the AX200 Wi-fi card. I suspect the graphics card is way over the top for a 1080p monitor, but am not an expert. The stock cooler is usually fine for the 5600x. 16GB of RAM is plenty for most games. Upgrading to the 850W RM or RMx may give you more options for future upgrades as GPUs become ever more power hungry.

Guess @AgentCooper beat me too it. Either of the above builds will be fantastic for 1080p. I've spent a bit more on Cooling and RGB but its a bit overkill (like the budget :))

If you were looking at gaming at 1440p 144z we can spec a decent rig for you here and leave a bit of room in your 2k budget to upgrade the monitor :)

Right I've made a couple of changes for you, Ive changed your storage about a little dropped the RAM to 16GB (fine for majority of games), upped the PSU to 850 (gives you headroom for upgrades, the standard cooler is fine on the 5600'changed the wi-fi card to the ax200
