Is there a particular reason for this?The 1st M.2 SSD is bascially for Windows, your programs and apps (stuff like the Steam launcher etc) and then the 2nd drive is where you install your games.
As to the PSU: The reason for that particular one is because it is one of the newer Shift models..they are more efficient and have better protection against GPU power spikes (although AMD cards are less prone to this than NVIDIA cards). If PCS supplied a lower wattage one, then it would have been recommended. It's fine to be over on the PSU, it won't draw more power or anything....the 10-20% is the minimum you should aim for...more than that is still fine
