NEW pc - No mic is working??

Hey its Dayne,

I got my pc a few days ago and only have just gone on it, installed windows from the test windows. My issue is with my microphone on my headset. it isnt just my headset, i tried my earphones, it didnt work. you cant hear me but when i shout in to the mic it is a loud static noise. Is there something wrong with the connectors from the jack? or is there a microphone drivers i need to install/reinstall? Please help me as i cant speak to any of my friends on discord because of this mic issue.

What do you mean when you say that you installed Windows from the test Windows? Please post the full spec of your PC from the order page.

what I mean is clean installed windows, i ordered without os, and it was advised to have a clean install.

hey, i have fixed the issue, I had forgotten to install audio drivers for my mobo. THANKS!!

the pc is literally perfect...
