New PC no internet

Good evening Everyone.

I have spent all day today trying to find out why my new PC can't connect to my Wifi, while other devices are all fine. It has a low signal upstairs where is located my old PC, and its working fine, but my router is downstairs. New PC works well near the router , but I need it to stay upstairs in my office. we have a Virgin 100. Hub test shows perfect signal in all the house. Any suggestions, please? I have sent a message to technical support , but it's weekend and they may not respond. Thanks

I am totally dumb about everything related to computers. I ve got in my boxes a lot of stuff, including some kind of antena. Do you mean I can use it somehow? thank you very much!

its Okay a large number of new pc owners forget them, even the geeky ones.

I have also something called ARGB controller. and I also don't know how to use it... Why don't it come with detailed instruction for people to setup everything from PC Specialist? And a lot of cables...Its very confusing...

There might be a PCS booklet to download in your account area on the website.

Click on your account. Then Support > Downloads.

It usually gets included in the box, but I have a feeling they have run out of printed copies at the moment.
