I think it's a really poor choice for a gaming system. The 13900K is a bit of a crazy chip: hot, power-hungry and somewhat prone to warping itself. It's not even better performing than the 13700K.

Personally, I'd cancel it.

You can get way better for your money. Here, by way of example, is an AMD-based system that would cost over £400 less and outperform it by miles. (It's got a 4090 in it, for goodness' sake!) Honestly it's still overkill for your needs; personally with your budget I'd also upgrade your monitor...
