Hi
Looking to purchase a new PC for 4k video editing and Luminar Neo photo editing not interested in gaming at all. Could anyone advise if this quote build would be suitable don't want to go over top for a spec that's not required not sure which components are more important for the tasks I'm going to be using it for. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I'm going to go for "no, not suitable".

Could you post it as in this link?

Also, what's your budget? And what video editing software?

I'm not into heavy video editing just want to be able to edit my 4k footage from my dji drone I'm using powerdirector 365 doing nothing too heavy or extreme. Is the video card important not sure what components matter most. Budget no more than £1500

It's a bit hard to tell what we're comparing against because you're not posting your full proposed build or its price. I'd be looking at something not a million miles away but a bit adjusted. The one thing I'm not sure about is your software and the extent to which it uses the GPU. If it's just for encoding, a 3050 or even a 1650 may be sufficient. But if it can use the GPU in any other way, the 3060 will have a huge advantage.

And if you ever go for more "pro" editing software (Resolve or Premiere Pro, for example), you'd be using the graphics card a lot.

So here's what I'd tentatively propose. If the GPU is not used much, I'd suggest the 7900 (non-X, non-X3D) CPU to go with the 3050 instead of the 7700 and 3060. But otherwise I'd suggest keeping the same build.
