There are quite a few areas that I wouldn’t recommend.

If you’re happy with your build I wish you all the best, but if you’d like some advice please could you let us your budget and use case, and we can try and spec something more appropriate out for you.

I was about to say/ask the same thing. Looks a quite unbalanced system, and I'm wondering if you're getting drawn to liquid cooling without fully appreciating what that entails.
