New PC Build

Hi, could some kind people please look at this build I'm thinking of buying and give advice if i need to change anything. I'm upgrading from a 1070 which I've had for approx 8 years, so I'm looking at this one to last just as long.

The monitor i have is an Acer 60hz 2k 27inch. I can also use an HP28 4k which my son used for his Xbox.
This would solely be used for gaming and nothing else. No VR or streaming, editing or even opening emails.
My budget is a Maximum of £3.5k
