Case wise, anything with the fancier RGB fans?
Another option with fully fledged RGB loveliness...
Cheaper motherboard as you don't really need the Strix
I've dropped the Wifi as the AX200 is out of stock so you are better to buy this on your own and fit it. £80+ for a Wifi card is ridiculous.
The above changes allowed for all the RGB you could want within the same budget (Save £20 for the wifi).

As I need to be tall and slim.
It's tricky unfortunately. For whatever reason PCS struggle to fit the H115i Platinum in the 570X case, I have no idea why as it should fit fine.
There aren't any other RGB cases that I would recommend.
If you're not looking for RGB the R6 is probably the case I would go for.
Give them a call and see if they can look at sorting out the H115i in the 570. It's possibly more of a nuisance than not being able to fit it. If you ask nicely on the phone they may accommodate

The HERO is hugely overpriced. You can save around £200 with no discernible performance difference.
I would put the savings towards a better GPU personally.
There isn't really any great benefit from RAID nowadays. Offline storage or cloud storage would be better for backups. Any intrusion is often copied across both drives so only drive failure is safeguarded to an extent. I personally wouldn't go down this route.
With the M2 drives, the Firecuda is cheaper than the EVO and insanely fast. The sizes I'm a bit confused by, would 1TB of the faster option not make more sense? Even a secondary PCS M2 drive would be a more sensible option for high speed backups.... they're still no slouch.
I don't think the cooler cuts the mustard. You want the H100i Platinum on there as a minimum. I would personally opt for the H115i Platinum if the case allows (the case looks awesome BTW). Just noticed there's no options for this particular build. Strange.

Worth going for the ROG Strix X570 MB?
Graphics card, I think I would be happy with NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2070 Supper, BUT is the AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT equal or better, and also cheaper?
RAIDS; it was my attempt to run a cheaper NAS (hence choosing the Ironwolf drives), as these start at about £1000!! Cloud storage I have already clogged 2TB on Dropbox and 1TB on OneDrive!! I need a relatively simple and sensibly priced cloud storage!! If I have this then the drives I can reduce drastically.
FIRECUDAS, yes, double tick, missed them off just now. Upgraded both to 1TB.
Cooler is an issue. Ideally, I would like the H115i in the FNATIC case!! Can a miracle happen?

The 2070 Super is more powerful than the 5700 XT but it's a fair crack more expensive so that's entirely up to you. Both cards are aimed at high end 1440p gaming.
For professional applications I always prefer NVidia, as the software applications themselves often prefer NVidia. However, feel free to do your own research here to see what level of utilisation you will get from the 5700 XT vs the 2070 Super.
That build is both stunning and incredibly purposeful so I think you have just about cracked it.
I'm still not convinced on the storage (2x 2TB drives seems a waste) but this is always a personal choice. I would weigh up the costs of the 3TB drives, just as a small bump, as they remain 7200RPM for a reasonably affordable price bump.
