Hi. I have just received a new desktop gaming PC. I have hooked the PC up to my monitor using a hdmi cable but sadly, despite the PC powering on I am just left with a black screen. I have tried multiple monitors and I have made sure the HDMI cable is connected to the correct port as shown in the manual (connected to the GPU). I had a look inside and the graphics card does appear a little loose. I gently wiggled it and managed to get a picture for several seconds and then it went again. Perhaps something got dislodged during the delievery process. I did manage to get a picture for around 30 seconds which was the longest amount of time before it went again. I have no experience with building computers and I'm a total novice. I also think the instalation process of Windows 11 has been corrupted during the install process. Which I know can easily be resolved with making a bootable usb. The main issue is getting a stable picture on the screen. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
