Hi,
I just bought a new prebuilt PC and received it today and connected everything up word for word with what it instructed me and it turns on fine, my monitor is connected and turns on fine, it runs the windows start up and asks me my language preferences etc but when i get to the “checking everything is up to date” screen it sort of restarts itself and goes to a black screen and just stays like that and im not sure if im being a little impatient and of its usual for it to take a while to boot up or if this is a genuine issue.
any help is appreciated
