What's the budget and can you post the configuration link for the above as it needs work on it around the storage and also you don't need a 3080 for that spec monitor

@Marawind if you could post the link to your spec it would be helpful along with telling us your budget and how much the above comes too it'll help with any further advice.

I'd agree with @BlindPleb though, the paste on the AIO's is perfectly fine no need to change the paste in my opinion.

If it were my money I'd consider upping the warranty to gold or even platinum given the overall cost of the rig (but that's a personal preference).

plan to keep the processor and gpu like this as i don't want to change the pc for 4-5 years, maybe just some small upgrades.
thank you
well unless you've got a monitor upgrade budget of £800+ for a 4k 144Hzor something like a G9 then you're wasting your money on the 3080 as the monitor isn't capable of outputting what the GPU can, this is what I'd suggest

Not reference design basically means it'll be an AIB (add in board)/ not a Founders Edition. For the current stock of 3060TI's it says it'll be from Palit. If you don't pick a 60TI (and none of the ASUS models) then it'll most likely be a Zotac or Palit but in recent times we have seen other brands with gigabyte being the most common '3rd brand'
