Well, quick update.
Yodel have lost the package, I was supposed to receive two packages, one with the welcome pack, one with the actual computer, Yodel's system is telling them both were delivered when I only received the welcome pack package.
Guess I have to get on to PCS and see what can be done at their end, Yodel are apparently "tracing" it but honestly, I have no confidence in them at all.

Anyways, update...again.
After a little 8am phonecall to the Kilmarnock depot, spoke to a girl there who physically put the phone down, went into the warehouse and found the package, so it does exist at least.
She said it'll be out to me this morning sometime.
Here's hoping, but...still, can't get my hopes up too high after the shenanigans last night.

Thankfully, eventually, I am typing this post at my PCS machine...yay. 
Everything seems to work fine, although I've not put anything really to the test yet, just been installing drivers, software and such.
It arrived just after 10am, so I guess she got it sent right out for me, I'm half tempted to send flowers or something after such horrible service from the first 4 people I talked to there, the last two were actually good at their job and helped.
I'll post a review and pics once I've had a chance to get some games and stuffs running, may be a few days or so since I have to get everything installed from Steam and since my last machine died unexpectedly, I had no game backups.

I'd correct your "a...not...good...one?" but sadly, this forum has a profanity filter.
The way I seen it, the actual customer service people can't really do a whole lot, if you want something done, call the depot your package is at.

Had a bit of a difficult day with the new machine, I started having odd crashes on boot, so I played with settings, tried to get things working and it didn't want to work so I Formatted, installed windows and had the same problems..
It was pretty bloody weird, they seemed at random, at first I thought it was a graphics card acting up, then I suspected the mobo...then I just got even more confused, opened her up and made sure all connections were tight and that as well.
Turns out it was the driver for my Logitech G19 keyboard, for some reason that was causing my system to just go into a black screen on boot, normally I'm pretty good finding weird stuff like that, but the last thing you'd think of is a keyboard driver, and even then, if it would have given me a BSoD, I would have had something to go on, but...hard to get info out of a black screen. :/
Anyways, now that that's sorted out, getting programs and that installed and working on downloading some games on Steam.
Here's hoping she keeps working with me

Just ordered a ViewSonic VX2753mh-LED to go along with my new machine.
What do y'all think? I'm not too experienced with monitors, but this seems an excellent gaming monitor without spending insane amounts.
