new laptop required for neurological condition

Looking for new better spec laptop in about March/April.Can go down a size if needed . £1300-1600 .
Little more spec as doing some light gaming now (now have a neurological disability ,so recommended to try a little to stimulate mind).
Use it a lot for streaming so wifi performance a big deal. Casting to oled tv with surround sound.
Have read that although there are a few 4k laptops ,they are not worth it for a few reasons .Correct??
Need to travel with it occasionally so no desktop.
Getting a black screen every time it starts and fan goes on quite a bit.
Any ideas ? Thanks

Current laptop purchased in 2015!
