Hello everyone. Can one adjust Speed Shift Max value in ThrottleStop on a locked CPU? Will the changes actually be applied? Thank you very much for your time.

Can lowering the max turbo ratio limits and turbo power limits in ThrottleStop on locked 10th gen mobile Intel CPUs like the i7-10750H cause instability issues? Is yes then how might those issues be averted?

I'm not qualified to answer that, but it looks to me like the sort of question you might find in an exam!
