As your Raptor drive is not showing in bios,not sure this will work,as it may be a connection problem but then If that is the case you wouldn't have been able to install the OS on the new drive.
Make sure the OS you want to start is set as default,
To do this right click"computer"/properties/ click on advanced system settings"/Click the Advanced tab, and then, under Startup and Recovery, click Settings,and set default operating system.
If the new OS isn't showing there,check in bios the new drive is showing and enabled,failing that check the connections then if necessary take out the old drive and try reinstalling the OS again on the new drive.
