New gaming PC advice

Hi guys, I've had a pc specialist laptop for a few years which has done itself proud so now I'm considering and upgrade and I've decided to go the desktop route.

I'm looking to spend no more then about £2000 max and ideally would want it to last a while like the laptop did.

I plan to use it through my LG OLED CX (55inch) instead of a monitor

Games wise I play pretty upto date game, plan to give Gotham knights a go (partly what drove me to looking at this upgrade as was confirmed to be 30fps on consoles and I can't stomach that anymore having got used to higher.)

Framerate and taking advantage of the 4k resolution TV are 2 big draws for me.

I was also looking at the ready built options, not sure if they are worthwhile?

This is where I would land you. Solid 6 core CPU, for 4K gaming this will be fine for years to come. We could look at a Ryzen 7000 build but that would add a considerable amount onto the budget, AM4 is still going to be ample for a lot of people.
16GB of fast RAM, a 3080 to get the most out of your LG TV. A solid cooler and power supply to keep you trucking on safely. Speedy primary drive with a 2tb games drive.
