New Gaming Desktop - 1st time getting a custom job

Hey folks,

I'm working on my first custom desktop gaming PC spec and was wondering if you fine and far more experienced people could tell me if there's anything obviously wrong or unnecessary in it - I've been gaming for a while but never done a custom computer before. My max budget is £1,800

I'm planning on using it for gaming - DRG, GTA V, Space Engineers, Hades, Skyrim, Warhammer Total War etc, and I tend to play for at least a few hours at a time.

Ok, so I've gone back and swapped out the Intel Processor for an AMD 3600XT - How does it look now?

What monitor are you using with this (make and model or resolution and frame rate)?

You could do with faster RAM - 3600 MHz is optimal. The GPU is matched to the monitor. The M.2 drive seems too small for Windows and programs. If budget allows, a second M.2 drive for storing games is worthwhile. It would be worth upgrading to an RMx PSU. Silver warranty is worthwhile for an extra fiver.

I am not good on case and cooling, so others will need to help on that.

I've currently got a couple of Lenovo Thinkvision T32i-10 monitors - i use them for work atm mostly, but do use them to game on my laptop when i get the chance. The m.2 drive was going to be just for windows while i used the HDD for programs. I'll have a look at faster RAM and the RMx PSU too

So I've stripped out a bit and gone to the AMD Radeon RX 580 based on a friend's personal recommendation. What are people's thoughts?
