I'm very pleased, I didn't like the idea of the carbide with those specs, but the 680X is a sublime case.So did i for a while 🤣,
No i don't think it is the case either for exactly the reasons you've mentioned, its either a problem with the GPU, or.........................The OP did say they were willing to write off the GPU...however, it looks like they are going with "the case is the problem" solution and returning the system if they are phoning PCS to pick it up (given the GPU didn't come from PCS)
Personally, I don't see it being a case problem or the system tester would have had issues when they put the test GPU in for testing the system...at which point they would have sent it back to the builder to fix
