New desktop spec - any clashes? Quiet??

Hi everyone,

Updating from a Ryzen 7 3800X from 2020 with 16Gb RAM and a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER, with water cooling and a nice, quiet case.
There are two good drives (for music/video and games) in the current build, and will swap those into the new build.
I have a 1440 monitor with 144Hz refresh rate. It's used for WFH, some mid-level gaming, and as a Plex server, and needs to do light video/graphics editing for work.

Computer lives in the bedroom, and my wife will complain if it's loud! So, as QUIET as possible.

Any suggestions? Will any single part limit other parts? Will anything be LOUD? I'm happy paying for this build, so it's less about saving money than max bang per buck.

New build:
Case FRACTAL POP SILENT CASE TG (BLACK)
Processor (CPU) AMD Ryzen 9 7950X 16 Core CPU (4.5GHz-5.7GHz/80MB CACHE/AM5)

Power Supply CORSAIR 650W RM SERIES™ MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET
Power Cable 1 x 1.5 Metre UK Power Cable (Kettle Lead)
Processor Cooling PCS FrostFlow 240 Series ARGB High Performance Liquid Cooler

Any thoughts or suggestions welcome. :)

Any reason your replacing your current pc rather than upgrading it?

Kind of defeats the entire purpose of a custom pc, plus you’ll get far more performance from upgrading with your budget rather than replacing it.

That’s assuming it’s a decently designed pc of course

Thanks for responding, SpyderTracks - and dang, that's a good question. :p
tbh, I don't feel confident enough to mess with many of the components in my current build. I updated various components in previous builds, but find my current PCS system quite intimidating when I open it, and aside from adding additional M2 sticks I haven't touched anything.

And, of course, there's the fact that I'd simply like to treat myself to a new build.

Kind of the whole reason people buy from SI's is that you don't have to do anything, PCS do it for you.

And just so you understand, a new system at this budget would be WEAKER than upgrading your current one, not sure you're quite understanding that. And not just by a bit, by a whole tier.

Sorry, I've bought from PCS four times now, but I'm not sure what you mean. PCS will upgrade my PC for me??
