Ah, what a pain: clearly it's VAT that hadn't been added. I'm sorry if I've led you up the garden path. It looks like it won't be possible to get a 1440p build in all honesty, and I'm not quite sure what 1080p build to recommend. If, say, you were to look at the AOC 24G2U for 249€, that leaves 1750€ for the tower. A quick bit of maths tells us the mark we're aiming for is around 1450€ before tax.
If we lose the hard drive and the custom cooler and downgrade to the 3060, it comes to 1475€. (You could get all the way down by changing to a 970 Evo instead of the 980 Pro if you had to. If you have a little flexibility, I'd leave the cooler on.)
So this fits in your budget. What I'm not sure about is whether it's a good deal... Others may be able to offer wisdom.
