New Build CPU Fan not working

Hi all.

I received my build last 1st of Sept. First time I opened it, it had a message of CPU Fan error. I removed and then plugged in the CPU fan socket again, seemed to working again. Now I have the same problem but the method of removing and plugging in does not do the trick anymore. tried to restart and stuff like that but still no luck. I'm quite a newbie at this so I'm learning in the process. Currently reading some articles online but if you guys have any idea how to fix this issue I really appreciate it.

I have just a stock CPU fan from AMD.
I have a ryzen 5 5600x.

That's a really good effort mate

I would definitely change the case you've selected though. The NZXT cases look fantastic but they are terrible for airflow the parts will cook inside that case unfortunately. I'd personally recommend the Corsair 4000D for around the same price point and if you want a white case you can get a 4000D on amazon and have it sent to PCS to use.

You can also remove Bullguard, Windows defender is free with windows and just as good as any of the others out there.

Silver warranty is a bargain at a fiver

Ok so initially removing and reconnecting to the header wrked, but doesn't now, so sounds like a connection issue or possibly faulty fan, so first things first, just gently wiggle the leads while the pc is fired up and see if it starts running again, if not turn off, and try connecting the cpu fan to another known good fan header, and let us know what happens
