New 'Budget Rig Help'

So I wanted to get a budget gaming rig and I think i have gotten a decent config,
Any suggestions?

Thermaltake V200 RGB case
i5 9600k
8gb of 2400mhz corsair vengeance ram (one stick because I have some at home for dual channel)
Asus prime h310 plus r2.0
RX 580 8gb
550w psu

Bit of a dumb question but what do pc specialist mean by the estimated build date, my order says that the estimated build date is the 19th of feb, so i was wondering what it meant.

It means that's when they currently hope it will be built (ie prior to testing and dispatch), however an estimate is an estimate so its not guaranteed and can change

So I ordered an RX-580 8gb model but I heard that PCS use the blower type which is what I was avoiding, Anyone know what type of card they give you?

It can be any of a number of manufacturers and models.

Have you had advice on your build though? That GPU wouldn't be recommended at any budget due to serious driver issues.

I have had a pc with an rx 580 for 6 months and now it has died. they want me to return it and i want to know which model rx 580 i will be getting back.
i have the xfx rx 580 8gb so would i get the same model back?

Did you specifically order that one from them?
It will be whatever the current stock model is on generic orders, normally they will replace like for like if its available, but they wont order it in if it isnt.

You might get the same back or maybe another one. It depends on what they have available :)

No no that's not what me and @sibun1 meant to say. What we meant to say is: did you order that specific model from PCS? The XFX one? Or was it stated as generic with no brand next to it? In that case you will get whatever they have available at the moment (meaning you could also get another XFX :))

Then its luck of the draw.
If they have to replace and they have the same model in stock, they'll normally use it, if not, youll get whatever the general stock model is they are using atm.
