I do part agree with you.Mate, is not ok to do things like this ... as a company. The value for money is not unparalleled .. as you do not know what components PCS are using.. where are they made and stuff.. A MSI gaming laptop with a better GPU RTX 2080 Q is with 300£ more...
I cancelled and then they told me they have it and i reinstated the order ... 2 more weeks have passed lol )
I am 1 month and 2 weeks in and i still did not receive it ... also the price for the laptop on PCS side went down loool... i didnt even receive it and they already sell it cheaper...
I think PCS has a good price and they seem to be a good company that is trying their best to satisfy the customer. By far, even before I do the order, the PCS support through email, was the best customer service experience I had. Besides their forum that is a great platform to talk, discuss and help each other.
I have also done the order for a Vyper, and I am looking so much forward to have it in hands. But there is no way around, we are living troubled times, so they must be veryyyy busy with everything.
And I also realized the same thing about the price drop, it happened 2 days after I've done the order. Got quite sad. Would be nice with they could give sort of a discount.
