Need recommendations for monitor.

I'm currently looking for a monitor that would go great with a Ryzen 7800X and a RTX 3060 ti, my current budget is between £300-500 and I'm looking to game in 1440P at 144hz if possible.

Certainly possible (though the 7800X doesn't exist). Options include the Asus VG27AQ, the Gigabyte M27Q or G27Q, the Dell S2721DGFA, and the MSI MAG274QRF-QD (in approximately ascending order of price and quality).

Is this to go with a PC Specialist build? If you can post the whole build, we might be able to make suggestions if there's any tweaking that would improve it...

May I suggest @Martinr36 screen which is actually an ultrawide, the Gigabyte M34WQ-EK currently £500 at currys, so this is 3440 x 1440 rather than 2560 x 1440, it's essentially 1.5x 1440p screens on the horizontal and 1 up

It's a seriously good monitor for the price and is much more engaging than a normal 16:9 screen.

He plays really happily on a 2070 Super is probably around the same as a 3060ti

For 1440p gaming I just brought an LG 27GP850-B, my monitor is quite close (77cm to be precise) so I thought the 32" would be too close.
I however did order a 32GP850 too to try out. Both are great - but for me the 32" being that close was too big.
Pairing it with an old machine for now, just ordered an RTX4070TI / i7-13700F build. So will be fun, looks like I'll send the 32" back.
