Need help! Getting in to video editing

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me.
Short version is that I've found a passion for video editing and want to take a step further than editing holiday and occasions for my friends on my phone and learn how to edit things properly and perhaps make a career of it one day.
So after days and days of researching I've discovered that a laptop isn't the way to go and I need to purchase a computer.
I need something that will run adobe premier pro smoothly as I learn this craft I've developed a passion for.

This is the computer specs I've got from this site, I was wondering if anyone could guide me on if it is what I'm looking for.

i'd wait for the real experts to come along but a couple of things jump out to me, they will probably advise you to go for an AMD build rather than the Intel one you've posted, and you will probably struggle with only 8GB of RAM (I've 32 GB in my editing PC), also what is your maximum budget?

you'd definitely want to think about AMD and at least 16GB of faster RAM, an m.2 drive and a better monitor.

Well I'll be honest the amount that build is already much more than I was originally expecting to spend lol.
As video editing is something very new I've picked up I didn't know how much it would cost lol.

The only thing I'm thinking is to add a second storage drive.
Oh, and a monitor of course.

I'm by no means an expert, but I've recently been doing a lot of research into the same subject. I'd have thought an AMD-based build like this would be significantly faster for no great increase in price. As well as the change to AMD, I've suggested upgrades to the case, the memory speed, the graphics card, the power supply, the wifi card, and the warranty, plus moving to a fast SSD for the boot drive and adding a HDD for storage.
