Need help for little brother's gaming PC.

Hey guys, Christmas coming up and my little brother needs a new gaming PC, he plays a variety of games ranging from; Fortnite, Roblox, GTA V, Red Dead Redemption 2 etc.

The budget we have is about £600-650 Max, I know this isn't much but I'm sure somebody can put together something that is going to be somewhat decent to game on, he already has all peripherals and plays on a 1080p monitor.

Would appreciate if somebody who knows their stuff to put together a decent build and link it here.

Unfortunately, I don’t think that’s going to be do-able at that budget. You might be able to get an off the shelf system around that price but for a custom build I’m struggling to get close without making serious compromises.

If he already has a computer, then you can transfer the Windows licence over and install Windows yourself to save some money.

If I was to do this, could I just my PC and create windows installation media then put it on his PC? Or would this not be licensed.
