Need help for a new pc

Hi !
I'm thinking about building a gaming pc, but this is the first time that i actually get to choose my components. I will mainly use it to play in 1440p at ultra settings and my budget is max 1700 euros. What do you think about my config ? Any advices ?

Sorry Had a hard time understanding that because it was in French but why don't you get an AMD Based computer. Much better and reliable then Intel's falling performance

Thanks for your reply ! Well i went for intel because im not really informed about AMD processors and concerning the graphic card, it is mainly for DLSS but i'm open to suggestions, what kind of config from AMD would you recommend for my price range ?
