Need help connecting to internet

Hey, I ordered a PC and it's not letting me connect to the internet wireless. Not sure why, any help would be great because I don't know a thing about computers.

Are you able to post your full specs?
Have you made sure youve attached any antennae its meant to have?
What does it say when you try to connect to it? Is it detecting the network but just refusing to connect?

You could always try taking it out, removing the antennae and then reseating them just to make sure nothing came loose in transport?

Ok go into devise manager and see if the card is showing in there, also the full spec would be nice, where did you get windows from
