Need help building a PC as i have no clue how to find whats best

Hello.

Im looking to buy a PC specifically to run games like Rust and modded minecraft. I started by looking up the specs for Rust on google. However there are so many different graphics cards and processors that i have no idea which one is best and end up with a PC that costs £3000. My budget is under £1000. Is anyone able to help me out?

Any help or pc links are much appreciated.
