Need everyone's opinion on the specs

I'm thinking of buying this custom pc so I can play games like modded Skyrim with mods such as legacy of the dragon born and other such mods. My main question is are the specs suitable to play modded Skyrim without any issues or glitches!!

My budget is around £1500 I have a budget of around £100 for a monitor and the main use will be gaming such as Skyrim space engineers etc.

I can get you inside with an Intel build, but I would strongly consider the below even although it's a bit over budget. The main justification is longevity. It's on the new AM5 platform which will be supported for many years to come. You will be able to upgrade the CPU when you wish. One of the main drivers for the cost is that you are stuck with 32GB of RAM on DDR5, so it's quite costly as an initial outlay. This will be good for any modded games though so it's worthwhile.

Below smashes your requirements that you have suggested but I do understand that it's stretching the budget. I had a similar spec Intel build for just over £1400, so it's food for thought.

I would recommend closer to £180 for a monitor btw. You want a decent 1080p gaming monitor as a minimum.

You could almost squeeze in a NVIDIA 3080 in this build if you budget a few other parts. This build gives you £300 remaining for a decent monitor.

You can buy a USB stick on Amazon for about £5-10, download Windows 10/11 on it and install it for free, yes absolutely free. If you want to activate it then you can do so by purchasing a legitimate code from Amazon/eBay and it'll cost you about £15 or something. This will save you about £100 from the budget.
This is dangerous misinformation, these are not legitimate keys at that price and it’s very much grey market stuff. Please do not continue to spout that narrative on this forum.

It looks pretty good I can't stretch my budget enough for this!

I've managed to find room on my budget for this set up. Before I buy it is there anyway I can test and see if it can handle modded Skyrim because I want to run some big mode and graphics upgrade mods

You have a standard 14 days return policy after it's delivered, but there's no way to "test" it as such.

Ah okay I'll just have to hope for the best really. How upgradable will this computer be in the future if I want to upgrade the graphics card for example?

Which one are you looking at? I would personally ignore @Zaheen advice, they weren't very aware of hardware. @Scott is a solid build that would take up to around a 4070ti card in the future. If it were me, for a fractional increase in cost, I would definitely up the PSU to something like the 850w as a minimum given how GPU power usages are on recent cards.

But we will always design a strong platform to allow for a 7 - 10 year lifespan with just a couple of GPU upgrades in that time.

MOST VALUED CONTRIBUTOR
I'd suggest downgrading the motherboard to a B650 one and spending the savings on the power supply and storage. That will bring the cost down within the budget. The X670 board is lovely, but you don't need it for this system. The 7600 isn't that demanding, and AMD B-series boards are generally excellent, even the lower tier ones.

I would only advise caution with the lower end boards with the AMD track record of, threatening, supporting the higher tiers for longer. They certainly seem to get better support when the next generation comes. B450 board is the most recent example where they did a U-Turn initially, but not to always say they will. The B450 was much more limited than the X570.

Be aware that none of the recommendations support PCIe5.0 either. This may not need too much consideration as PCie4.0 still has a ton of bandwidth, but it's just worth noting.
