Need advice on Gaming PC Build

Hi all. I am basically clueless when it comes to computer components and building. I've tried a little research but get very lost quickly. Basically I am looking for a setup that will be able to smoothly run high intensity games such as the latest Call of Duty/Warzone, as well as games like World of Warcraft raiding - both played with high settings and possibly with other programmes in the background. It would be ideal if I could stream these games without impacting performance too much as well, however am I am willing to sacrifice this if it adds too much to the cost. Below is my attempt at building something that fits these requirements. I have no idea if ive got the specs in the right ballpark or if I could save money in places. I am aware there are often 'black Friday/cyber Monday' sales about and was hoping they could line up nicely and save me some money also?

My build so far:

Budget is around 2k max before VAT. Obviously spending less is better but I would not want to sacrifice my experience to do so.

Current monitors:
Main screen: Dell S2187Q (60 hz 4k)
Secondary: An old Samsung 1080p tv screen

Side note on monitors. If my current main isn't ideal for the type of thing I am asking for then I am open to moving it to secondary to replace tv screen and getting an upgrade for main as an additional purchase not affecting mentioned budget. I only use main for games and secondary for browsing etc.

Thanks in advance for any help given!

With a 3080 in mind you should definitely be looking for a new monitor too. Black Friday is definitely a good time to get a deal for that. 4K 144hz is really what you should be aiming for, hopefully we should see some options around the £500 mark 🤞

Thanks a lot for the advice! would paying the extra for 13700k be worth it down the line or will the suggested i5 13600k be a quality gpu for several years?

For 4k gaming you shouldn't see a difference, all you get are 2 more P cores, but most games won't make use of them anyway. If you had more productivity tasks it would be a different story, but with gaming as the primary focus I wouldn't say it's a necessary upgrade. That being said, going up to the 13700k won't do any harm, I just wouldn't cut back on any other components to fit it in.
