buying a gpu is not an investment and you will definitely make a loss when trying to sell the gpu. Are you waiting for the GTX 770?

A bit confused, you said you didn't want a year old + card. I though you were waiting for the GTX 770. The HD 7870 is a very decent gpu for gaming in 1 screen.

ahh yeh sorry about the link...It was the 760TI I was waiting for! If too pricey may go for the 7870. Yeh be only 1 screen gaming :). Slightly off topic...was upgrading the CPU cooler/heatsink too, was looking at the artic pro13 but also seen a corsair hyper 212 EVO would be to fit in an ATX case. Does anyone have or would recommend?
