What is your budget? I presume you are looking for as cheep as possible looking at the build.
I would take out the graphics card as you will get as good performance from the intergrated graphics. You can also probably remove the additio al case fan. With the money you save I would took to go for a 500gb boot drive and ideally a m.2 ssd for the main drive. This will make a big difference. You will probably get told to improve your psu however if it is just a standard office pc you may well be ok with the one you have selected. You really should be looking at faster RAM too. An improved storage and RAM would give you the most bang for your buck.
If you already have a copy over windows you can port it over easily and save quite a bit of money.

It's peculiar but you get much better value from the gaming configurator than the office one. Here's how I'd do it:
