Hi,

It is impossible to say whether it is a problem or not without knowing what is causing the sound, unfortunately.

Can you open the side and try and get a better idea of where the sound is coming from?

Maybe do as martin suggests and record it, then post it to somewhere like onedrive so people can download and listen to it

I can't pinpoint exactly where, i would have said the lower region of the PC, rather than the top (motherboard), but it's hard to tell, it's like a dull low pitch knock randomly

To my untrained ear - it sounds like a bit like a fan knocking. I assume you have checked they are all clear of any foreign objects or component wires?

With that motherboard you could also try turning off each fan one by one in Fan Expert and see if it stops - and then starts up again - would rule them out if nothing else.....

I sometimes get a similar sound, the knocking part but its very random and I couldn't say when the last time I heard it, I would only hear it if the fans are on low. Mines a liquid series but I do have the same HDD drive as the OP and it sort of sounds like it may come from that area.
Would only last for 30 seconds max before going away then coming back from time to time.

Sounds nothing like the video Jamie posted though above.

We had a thread on here a few months back about a knocking sound in someone's PC when under stress/load, can't remember the thread title and how it turned out for the poster though, I know it went back for an RMA but after that I can't remember, will try and find it.
Mine sounded similar to theirs but much fainter and when not under load.

My HDD has nothing on it currently

Rumbling could also be the rear exhaust fan vibrating the case or a diffrent fan ( most cases rear ) if you touch the panels surrounding your case with gentle pressure does the noise stop ??

GPU fans, case fans or heat sync fans tend to be the most common causes.
You said its not constant, but comes and goes. Are there any common factors?
For example, is it when gaming, or can it happen when the pc is idle too? Is it at a point that the fans are on higher rpm?
