I really do look forward to your review, just so it's clear i have no affiliation with PCS at all. I have yet to hear a genuine horror story from that has not been fixed really quickly thats all. The one reason to buy a PC from PCS is the support they offer, from time to time people have a bad experiance and really their is nothing you can do about it, however it normaly it gets fixed quickly. Without knowing the details, obviously i can't say if PCS were at fault.

I will be sure to keep a look out for your review.

I completely agree with Mantadog, excellent customer support and prompt response from technical support when there is an issue.

So far i've had anything but excellent support. i've even emailed a support ticket 3 days ago, with no response. it's taken 7 days for a refund to even be issued. they tried to change my order without letting me know. absolutely horrible.

I'll advice you to try to give them a call rather than an email. I also experience a slow response with emails (occasionally) but if I have a problem with my system and I give them a call it is sort it very fast.

I did call, like 10 time's, advised refund was proccessed - this was a week ago, turns out was only proccessed yesturday.
They tried to change my order without notifying me - reason was - out of stock.
Why didn't they call me? i would of said "i'll wait a day or 2"
Luckily i spotted it and got it corrected. adding 4 days to delivery time.

Well as you have yet to say exactly what the problems were, it's is really hard for us to comment. On the issue of a refund, it takes time to process through the system and i know it can be frustrating but i but getting money back to your card takes 3-5 working days no matter what, from any company. I would say that 3-4 days is the normal email responce time from PCS, as they tend to focus on the phones as much as they can.

Have you returned your system for a full refund, or do you have it? Did you get your RAM working?
