So what BSOD code are you getting?

What process did you take to clean install and where did you source drivers?

So on the bsod screen it gives an error code.

But as you ordered without windows you need to clean install your own copy as that test windows isn’t configured.

I don't understand, can't you help me if I'm on the test windows ?
Once you've clean installed, then if you're still having issues we can troubleshoot, or let us know the BSOD code.

It sounds like you're going to struggle though with a custom laptop, not sure it's the right purchase decision.

The BSOD Doctor
If you're seeing BSODs in Safe Mode then you have a hardware issue - that's what Safe Mode is for. It loads a stripped down version of Windows with only critical drivers and services loaded, typically no third party drivers are loaded (unless you use Safe Mode with Networking, when third-party network drivers are loaded).

Regarding the 'test' Windows you say you're using, I'm not personally prepared to help further until you buy a license and activate Windows.

I would completely reinstall windows from a fresh copy sourced from Microsoft. You need to have a license available to activate though.

Copy and paste from @Martinr36 :)

Clean install instructions

Download a new copy of Windows using the (Second option on linked page) to an 8GB (min) USB. Media Creation Tool
Boot that USB and choose a Custom Install.
Delete all UEFI partitions on the system drive (EFI System, Recovery, MSR Reserved, Primary).
Select the unallocated space that results and click the Next button. The installer will create the correct partitions and install Windows.
Run Windows Update repeatedly, even across reboots, until no more updates are found.
You may need/want to download and install the latest graphics driver from the Nvidia/AMD website (they change so regularly the latest version isn't always in the Windows libraries).

This is also worth a watch

Thanks for the help everyone! If the problem is a hardware problem, how would installing a fresh copy of Windows help?

seeing that you are running a bad copy of windows (not configured properly) no one can say for sure its hardware, so get a good clean install and we know we're starting with a good base
