What do you plan to use the PC for, just gaming? Or video editing/multi-tasking/productivity etc. ? AMD CPU's are now way better than Intel CPU's so I would highly advice you to change to an AMD CPU if possible - more performance for a better price. Also, you don't need a sound card unless you are an audiophile or produce music professionally.

Without knowing any answers it’s impossible to advise.

Mostly for gaming (like 99% of time), amateur video editing and possibly streaming. After years of playing on budget pc I wanted to get something that will last for few years/be great little machine/give me loads of fun and joy.

For those uses it’s not a good platform. That i7 doesn’t have multithreading so won’t be very good at editing or streaming. An AMD build would give significantly more power for the same price point. I would cancel and get some advice on something more suitable.
