My First PC build

Hello, I need help with building my first PC. I was using laptops till now, but now I decided to build a PC.

I do have the following parts:

Amd 7950X 4.5 Ghz CPU.

Asus X670E Gene M-ATX motherboard.

Corsair XC7 Waterblock already attached to the CPU

32GB (2x16) Gskill Trident Z Ram watercooled

RTX 3090 FE (non-watercooled)

If it was about building a non-watercooled PC I think that I could handle it. However, since the guy who I bought the parts from already used them water-cooled I decided to continue that path. I am thinking of using this case: Lian Li o11 Air Mini Case. The market is full of different parts and I do not have any idea which one to choose, so I decided to write here.
