I Have Recently Purchased My 2nd Gaming PC (First High Spec) and I know its extremely overkill but I wanted to go all out so I didn't have to get a new one in a few years and there isn't the fear of it slowing down like the one I currently have and also only need to upgrade parts if and when I need them (not for at least a good few years) but here you go tell me what you think.

We always want someone to get the best value for their money, post some pics of your system when you’ve got it all set up. You’re in for a bit of a wait but it’ll be worth it 👍

I would strongly recommend putting the money you've saved into a decent secondary ultrawide monitor for non competitive games like cyberpunk, far cry and skyrim of the ones you mention, they'll be pretty pointless on a 1080p high refresh screen, you'll be missing out on a massive amount of FOV. These would all pair well with the RTX3070 and give a far better experience for non FPS competitive games:
