After that, we'll need a bit more info before we're able to assist. What resolution and refresh rate will you be playing in? 4K is vastly more demanding than 1080p for example. And what is "a lot of money"? It's kind of relative to each person so would be good to get an actual figure you have in mind!

I currently have a 1080p monitor, but I can also change it with a 1440p one, if I buy a better computer than the one I currently have.
Is it possible to get a great PC with a budget of around 1600/1700£?
Unfortunately, in short, no.
FS2020 is probably one of the most demanding games on the planet. No matter what you throw at it hardware wise it'll gobble it up.
With that being said, you can get a reasonable build for that sort of budget. You need to manage your expectations though as your opening expectations aren't met by the amount of money you're looking to spend.
To maximise FS2020 at 1080p on ultra you would need a 12700k paired with a 3080Ti (without getting silly). This would net you around 60-80fps.
Without getting into the nitty gritty detail of each point though, lets see what we can do with £1700.
This will net you around 40-50fps at 1080p with moderate settings:

No, medium
Some you will get away with high but most will be medium. There are a few you can switch to low that make minimum impact in the visual department but you can get a good few frames out of.
I wouldn't be overly concerned though, it's a stunning game and you will happily be able to play around the 30fps mark.
