Wow, that’s a monstrous budget you’ve got there, I have to say I’m very jealous!
As you would imagine, it’s hard to spend £5k badly, but there are certainly some areas I would double check.
Firstly, do you need 64GB of RAM? 32GB should be ample for gaming and streaming, and also means you can go for 5600mhz. 5200mhz is frankly not a huge upgrade over just going for DDR4, which would save you a sizeable amount.
Similarly, the 13900k offers very little over the 13700k for your needs, besides a higher price, power draw and thermal; especially when you’re gaming at 4K where you’re almost always going to be GPU bottlenecked.
Also interested in your rationale for 3 m.2 drives? Fast boot drive is great, and big drive for storage, but not sure what the 1TB Firecuda is for?
Besides that, Arctic paste isn’t needed as the Corsair cooler comes with a superior paste preapplied, and removing the trial version of Norton is recommended as even that version can slow down your system.

Ok I guess that makes sense. You should be able to fit your programs on the primary drive, Windows won't take up 250GB by itself.
