Missing SATA cables

But I can’t find them in my case. Who knows where they are…
That's why I said earlier best way is to trace them back from your hard drives ( the Barracuda and the SSD). If all the connectors on that cable are being used , then that means one of the 5 devices, is on a cable all to itself.

My guess is that one cable has your 2 hard drives connected to it and the other cable has your other 3 devices.

What i would do is take both side panels off, then follow each of the sata leads as it comes out the back of the PSU and you'll soon find them

I tried yesterday but couldn’t figure it out. I’ll try again later today hoping to have more luck

The AIO pump should be connecting to a 3 pin connector on your motherboard and your Commander Core according to the Corsair Manual. Don't see any where for a sata connector to go, but as I dont own that AIO, I'm happy to be corrected.

But yes you should have at least 2 sata power connectors available, if not 3
I'm quite surprised to see that the pump apparently is suppoed to be connected to SATA on the H100i which I think is what @AleTax has?

Slowly and methodically as the others have suggested - if you've found any of the devices, you should be able to trace each cable back. Remember once you've found 4x connectors on a cable you know there's no more (conversely, if you've only found 3, there is definitely another one :) ) - Best of luck I'm sure you'll manage.

If you get totally bamboozled (happens to the best of us! - myself regularly :) ) maybe take some photos and post here and we can maybe help out?

I’ll check again today and if I can’t figure it out myself I’ll definitely post pictures. Thank you very much. It’s always a pleasure to seek help here, help others out and chat with other members :)

Totally correct @ColEyt - I missed the Capellix - you're spot on ..... (y)

The standard H115i is a different design and a different manual.
No worries Noddy, I saw the image you posted and the following thoughts went through my head :

Errr I don't see that image Noddy posted anywhere on the page I'm looking at.

OMG don't say I stopped too soon, when I found something that seemed correct

(frantic scrolling through pages of PDF manual)

Oh what if I have the wrong AIO, I best check again, oh there's an update to the thread

Phew thank goodness for that :)

My thoughts were:

"This is easy - just google H100i - there it is - screecnshot - done. I'm sooooo helpful! :)"

(Oh hang on a sec what did @ColEyt just say about Capellix? - Frantic Google Search - OMG!)

Note to Self - read all posts and catch up before trying to provide additional help!

Ok so I have some updates:

I couldn't find any SATA cables free to use so I contacted Corsair support and... They offered me one for free. They asked for some info like serial number and part number of PSU and invoice. I'm not able to provide the serial number / part number since it's not readable on the PSU in the machine and told them I got it from PCS. But in exchange, I sent them the full invoice of my PC so they have proof I have the PSU :)
In my invoice they will see as well my other parts in my machine and the price I paid for the full machine but I don't care about that and I don't think it's an issue

Well, I certainly didn't expect this and a big thumbs up goes to Corsair

Corsair customer services are superb, I tend to buy a lot of their products because I know if there is any kind of failure, they will sort you out no questions asked.

They indeed did and it's amazing. Didn't expect to get one for free. Only thing is they will see all my parts in the invoice and the full price of the PC but as I said I don't think it's a problem and I don't think they care how much I paid for the PC and what else is in it, they will probably just look for the PSU in the invoice ahaha

About 5 years ago now a friend of mine had one of the first gen h100 coolers, the older ones that didn’t connect to iCue at all and had no software support. The pump failed after about 3 years.

The next day, he had a brand spanning new H100i model at his doorstep, they didn’t even ask for the old unit back.

Incredible stuff.

50% of a company is how your customer support is. They might have lost some $ giving him a newer / more expensive cooler but they'll earn hundreds of dollars from someone that thanks to this became a loyal customer :)

It’s like gigabyte, they often don’t do the best GPU’s although their motherboards in the Aurus line are usually pretty top notch, but I will normally choose them just because their support is so good.

I love Aorus motherboards. They are very good. Now I'm waiting for Corsair to reply and see if they will still ship me one for free even if I can't provide them some of the info they requested
