It's interesting that they found it during an anti-cannabis factory campaign, they were looking for unusual heat sources. Perhaps they will use that technology to look for more mining operations that are also stealing electricity? My guess is that'll be most of the commercial operations because paying for the electricity used probably doesn't make them viable.
