I don't quite understand why you keep asking the same question which has already been answered.

It's unlikely you will have any problems,on rare occasions though something can come loose in transit but it's easily sorted.
If you have any problems give PCS a call or you could ask on the forums first,there are a lot of helpful people on here

Call PCS for an official response, they are the only ones that can give you an estimate.

You will need either a wireless PCI card, a USB wireless adaptor or homeplugs.

As I said above,a wireless PCI card, a USB wireless adaptor or homeplugs,homeplugs is probably the best option.
