I think the RX 5700 XT is meant to be a nice little bump up on the RX 5700 if you want to spend the extra £40 or so. Or you could wait for the RTX 2060 Super coming out on the 9th which is comparable to the RX 5700 XT while having ray tracing i believe.

The PCS price differences see the 5700 XT sell for £60 over the 5700.

But in any event which GPU is the best buy depends a lot on the monitor. What monitor are you using?
