Microsoft Store/PIN wrong???

HI - trying to login to my MS store account on my kid's MS profile to install a game we own.

The store keeps asking for a password but says it is wrong. I know it is no wrong as I can sign in to the store etc with that very pin.

I've done this on another kid's laptop a month or so ago with no issue..

I've tried resetting the pin on my profile with no success.

Any suggestions that can resolve this and lower my blood pressure would be most welcome.

Hi - it wanted password and then PIN.

Kid logging in with Microsoft account.

Out of frustration I just tried using my kid's PIN instead of mine (with my username/password) and blow me down it worked.... Minecraft installing as we speak. All very odd and a tad illogical but solved now.
