Memory speed: 3600 or 2133?

Have just received my PC from PCS and almost everything seems to be fine. The one exception I am unsure of is the memory speed reported in the BIOS. Pic copied below for reference.

Is the 2133 normal but just misleading, or is my 3600 RAM really running at 2133? If the latter, how do i fix it?

Looks like XMP may not have been set in the BIOS,

there may be a sticky on the forum on what to do, however it really is worth dropping PCS a line so they can at least capture this issue.

I would definitely contact PCS. If they 'forgot' to activate the XMP profile the soak testing they did will likely not have verified that the RAM is stable at 3600 MHz......

Spoke to PCS who tell me the RAM is running at a core of 1800 but is overclocked to give 3600. So BIOS is not able to report the actual speed. Been a very long time since I bought a PC so I have absolutely no way of knowing if that is all perfectly normal. Memory timings per the pic below, if those mean anything to anybody...

Yep, what PCS told you is supported by that display. Nothing to worry about then! :)
