The 7800X3D is very unlikely to make any difference going to 4K unless you get a 4090.

The 7800 XT graphics card will do a decent job of 4K, but not amazing. I'd stick with 1440p as the best value for money option.

4k is not all it’s cracked up to be, I would always recommend super wide or ultra wide over 4k, it’s a far better gaming experience.

Be aware for 4k you’d be looking at £600 for an entry level monitor, about £1000 for a mid range and about £2000 for top level.

Then you need a gpu to run it which will be a minimum of around £1200 up to £2000

You’d need a case and PSU to be able to support this upgrades.

If your budget has increased we can advise something more in line to support those upgrades but we can only work to the budget given
My budget hasn't increased, I've already purchased this PC spec and I'm waiting for it to be delivered but I wanted to know if it had any room for future upgrades so that when I am able to upgrade it I can change some components out. I posted the recent post just to see if it was possible to upgrade once I have enough money.

I'm currently happy with the spec as it looks now I was just wanting some advice on possible future upgrades to make it better after I receive it.

Oh, I see. Well, it won't need upgrading for a fair while, and when it does there will be new parts out. The best thing about the system you've ordered is that it is very future compatible and will have all kinds of possible upgrades available. But I doubt you'll need anything for a couple of years at least.

If you're looking for 4k in the future I would suggest the 1000w PSU would be a must. I wouldn't settle for anything less than 1000w nowadays. I'm hoping we have peaked for the power hunger of GPUs at the tiers they are at, but always good to have the options covered. I would actually want 1200w for a 4090 (or that level) personally.

I would hugely agree with this, 850w just isn't enough by current standards for top tier cards.
